I like to play Teemo AP top because he counters many popular picks. I do never pick Teemo as first or Secondpick. Teemo is strong but he is vulnerable to early ganks pre 6 without the mushrooms.

I'm running 90% of the games and 3 Potions. Combined with the Mastery 'Secret Stash' you get great Sustain and can trade/poke/kill your enemy early on.
