Fizz already had really bad early game, and now riot decreased his dmg even more.
It´s good that they added 20% dmg boost if you land your ult, but I think that doesn´t cover his too big nerf to early game.
Fizz´s Q dmg almost decreased by half, then his AP ratio also went down from 0.6 to 0.3
JUST WHY
Thats just too much! I do agree with that ap ratio, but Q base dmg drop was waaay too big.

Q 370dmg E 570dmg
AFTER NERF (same 400ap)
Q 190dmg E 570dmg
WITH ULT 20% dmg increase
Q 228 E 684
Q did 180 dmg more dmg then let´s compare to new ult 20% dmg increase still did 142dmg more.
E did same dmg than now compared to new ult 20% dmg increse E does now 114 dmg more.
now his winrate dropped 50%-> 44,5%
FIzz´s skillcap went up and that´s awesome!
I really think fizz need little buff to his early game dmg nothing more.
For heavy snowballing assasin like fizz around 46-48% winrate is decent.
Lissandra does have almost 51% winrate and tons of cc. Good pick overall for team aswell.
for me fizz´s Q only ap ratio decrease, ult slow decrease or just his op E ability cooldown decrese would be better.
Many people does hate fizz but I personally think this nerf was too big but also healty for fizz´s skillcap.

It does increase it's damage a decent amount with level, but again this is a matter of reducing the cooldowns. Increasing your passive damage by 1% per level really isnt that much (with W), whereas decreasing the cooldown of your Q by a few seconds is much more significant for rotating through your spells again, and for chasing in general.
