1. Aug 06, 2012  I've long debated between the efficacy of TWF vs THF. In PnP there was no contest, THF did as much or more damage for less feats and did better at breaking DR. I have heard that in DDO TWF is king of DPS, but I don't know if people consider all factors (cleave, splash, # of opponents, etc), so I'd like to run a little math and put it out there for discussion.
2. Epic 7: JRPG Mobile Hot Spot: Wolf Ranger Pavel. Right off the bat, I get an 85 speed/speed boot set with double health. Ended up boosting health as well, just what I needed to replace the lvl 41 set Angie's been using forever. Then I got 85 armor and sword both with speed substats and health. Crit dmg is better in most circumstances due.
3. Karin is a speedy gal who gets even faster if she lands a critical hit. As I mentioned with Diera, PvP has a very heavy emphasis on speed, so she’s a great 4. DPS unit. Carmainerose is a raw DPS nuke that can deal out insane amounts of damage. It might take a while to learn how to use her but definitely worth the effort.

There are quite a few reasons why to go crit or crit damage.. first off attack damage scales horribly per itemization.. while the others are worth much more per slot, not to mention the fact that they actually scale where as that 10 dmg is 10 dmg from lvl 1-18
Another reason to go crit damage is the fact that there are only 2 items in the whole game that improve crit damage, so getting it helps fill in that gap that was missing..
And finally the last reason to go either crit chance or damage is because of the random factor.. if you get a crit in lvl 1-5 fights.. there is a good shot your winning that fight, and crit is hidden.. which means when people sum up if its a good idea to attack you based on your stats / items.. they dont see the 60% crit dmg or 20% crit chance hiding, and they die :O
Overall I dont think it matters damage or chance.. but I feel that chance is better for a more variety of situations since going crit damage and then going an item build that is light on crit tends to make poor use of your runes.. if your still fresh and dont have IP currently the xmas promotion has both crit chance and dmg runes for cheap, I would stock up on those until you have the IP for high t3 since they are expensive

Luna needs at least 65% crit chance, karin 85%. Then build as much crit dmg as you can. Frontliner needs around 14k. and i forgot defense, something like 1100+. More hp/def is obv better but you gotta work with whatever gear u got, dont make the healer too.

However, after doing a little more troubleshooting I was able to get it working. I contacted Apple Support and they even were able to remote into my machine to have a look, but unfortunately were pretty unhelpful as they basically said they cannot offer support on NetRestore and NetInstall, etc. So I was able to finally resolve this issue. Create netinstall image from dmg.
